A trademark / service mark can be a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of the goods or services. The trademarks and service marks (collectively “Marks”) owned by Vertigo Media, Inc. are valuable corporate assets that play an important role in promoting our products and services, including the Vertigo® mobile applications for iOS and Android. We are a multi-brand company that offers goods and services under a variety of brands.

In general, we do not allow third parties to use the Marks unless (1) they have received our written permission in the form of a limited license, or (2) their use of the Marks is unlikely to cause confusion and qualifies as a fair or nominative use for which a license is not required under applicable law.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of our trademarks and service marks. If you have any questions or comments regarding the list, please contact us at [email protected].
